Place to Stay:

Travelodge – You’ve got different hotels to choose from; very central, clean and budget-friendly. We stayed at Travelodge London Central Waterloo and the staff and the restaurant food here are top-notch. The beds of this hotel chain are the most comfortable ever! Check out their reasonable room rates here.

Brighton

What better way to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city than a trip to the seaside? A one-hour train ride brings you to the South of England’s town of Brighton, where you can eat a super tasty hot dog as soon as you step out of the train station, visit the ornate Royal Pavilion much invested in by King George IV, the Brighton Pier full of games and fun for all the family, as well as the pebbled beach for a relaxing afternoon.

Harry Potter Warner Bros. Studios

Delve into the world of magic for the day! Hop on a tour bus (more comfy than the Knight Bus!) and head to the Harry Potter Warner Bros. Studios where you will discover the secrets behind the making of this enchanted world. Evan Evans Tours UK made this day run smoothly for us as we were transported back and forth without any hassle at all! If you want to book with them, which we strongly suggest you do, you may do so here.

Bourton-on-the-Water, Blenheim Palace

Let go of the stresses of trip-planning for the day and book an Evan Evans tour to a town in the Cotswolds and Sir Winston Churchill’s Birthplace, Blenheim Palace. Much to see inside the palace and out in the grounds – well worth a visit! If you’re intrigued, check out the details here.

If you wish to visit these sites without paying for the Palace entrance in advance, choose this tour which allows you to secure your spot on the bus and then pay for your palace ticket on the day if you do decide to go inside.

Leeds Castle, Canterbury Cathedral, White Cliffs of Dover

Another hassle-free trip that allows plenty of time to visit the highlights mentioned, ticket prices included. Leeds Castle has got to be our absolute favourite! The weather was glorious, too! Hands down one of the best Evan Evans Tours UK trips we have been on.

If you wish to book a trip excluding entrance fees, you may do so here.

Windsor Castle

Another residence of the Queen, Windsor Castle is the oldest working castle in the world. Book tickets in advance and get yourself to Windsor and Eton Riverside by train from London in an hour. Follow the audio tour around the castle and St. George’s Chapel while walking in the footsteps of the 39 monarchs that occupied the castle.

If you’d rather have someone else do the planning for you, book the Windsor Tour with Evan Evans.

Alternatively, you can take the Royal Windsor Private Tour with a separate tour guide.

    1. Ooh, have a wonderful time in England then! Leeds Castle is worth a visit. The birds will want to snack on whatever you’re snacking on, so keep your food tucked safely away lol 😀 You can purchase Duck and Swan Food from the ticket office, which is a safe option for birds. Enjoy!

Wow! The tour to Warwick’s castle is very interesting and very well organized. The location Stratford-upon-Avon is very fascinating. it is the town where Shakespeare was born, who is a very important figure in English literature. The attractions, activities and live entertainment all seem very delightful and fun. I would definitely like to visit Warwick’s castle as it’s a historical place in a beautiful town.

This is very interesting and helpfull. The location that I found most interesting is Strafford upon Avon as this is a very important mark in the English language as it is the place where England’s most famous poet was born, William Shakespeare . The blog was very interesting .
